Operations Lead - La Cantera

Lead day-to-day store operations to drive profitability and efficiency as part of the store leadership team. Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager to plan and delegate key work, coach and feedback the team, and ensure strong inventory accuracy, reduced shrink, and consistent execution of receiving, shipment, transfers, floor replenishment, and floor set updates. Champion visual standards and safe, well-run stockroom processes, while leveraging metrics to guide business-driving strategies.
