Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and coach total store operations with the Operations & Visual Manager, including initiating, delegating work, and providing feedback to the team.
  • •Lead inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy root causes by partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Manage operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, development, and performance evaluation using company tools.
