Senior Engineer, Technology System

Own the end-to-end delivery of technology projects within the Technology Systems group, focusing on fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and sensing technologies for hair care and new product categories. Build and validate computational fluid dynamics models, mentor engineers on CFD approaches, and verify fluid performance using established and new test methods. Lead disciplinary execution, take accountability for requirements, and collaborate across the project team with regular progress, risk, and solution updates.
