•Operate within ROE where Core TAM retains account ownership and proactively manage friction across teams.
•Lead targeted, time-boxed technical sprints with high-value customers to close the technical value gap post-sale.
•Execute structured account handbacks to Core TAM teams using defined transition criteria.
•Coordinate with adjacent motions (e.g., FDE) to align customer roadmaps with product capability rollouts.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in information technology with at least 4 years in a TAM, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role in IAM
•Deep technical credibility in SaaS infrastructure, SDLC, and modern identity landscapes
•Proficiency in core IAM technologies and protocols (SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
•Experience with hybrid IT environments and enterprise applications providing identity/attributes to apps (ITSM, HR, etc)
•BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
