Key Responsibilities

•Support the classroom teacher in promoting students’ learning and personal development.
•Provide a learning environment aligned with students’ developmental and educational needs.
•Support resource and classroom organisation.
•Communicate directly with parents of children in their class.
•Play an active role in improving own professional development with support from the Year Leader and Line Manager.

Key Requirements

•Minimum A-Level (or equivalent) qualification.
•Work collaboratively with the class teacher.
•Involvement in planning and assessing children’s learning.
•Create inspiring and enabling environments indoors and outdoors with the respective teams.
•Lead, where necessary, and support small group sessions.
