Key Responsibilities

  • •Support monthly forecast, annual budget, and long-range planning for the Commercial Banking segment, consolidating inputs and explaining key changes to the outlook.
  • •Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reporting across key Commercial Banking metrics, including performance indicators such as return on capital.
  • •Support the Commercial Banking Financial Performance Review by coordinating inputs across FP&A partners and creating executive-ready commentary on results, risks, opportunities, and follow-up actions.
  • •Enhance management reporting including CFO updates, daily/weekly reporting, monthly business review materials, performance dashboards, and senior leadership presentations.
  • •Analyze actual results vs forecast, budget, prior periods, and strategic targets; research variance drivers; coordinate with Corporate Accounting and Corporate Treasury; translate performance into business insight.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • •7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, business analytics, or a related financial services role.
  • •Strong financial, accounting, and analytical skills to connect business activity to financial outcomes across balance sheet, income statement, expenses, capital, liquidity, and profitability.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling experience with large datasets, including trend identification and analysis that supports business decisions.
  • •Experience with enterprise performance management or business intelligence tools such as Essbase, Smart View, Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar platforms.
