Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain relationships with engagement managers and contract owners to support end-to-end third-party governance and contingent workforce processes.
  • •Review and manage Statements of Work across the services procurement lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment to agreements and approved rate cards.
  • •Monitor Statements of Work through approvals, identify delays, resolve issues, and drive timely completion.
  • •Support contingent worker processes including requisition support, timesheets, performance discussions with suppliers, and ongoing maintenance issues.
  • •Produce operational reports using Beeline or OneTrust, manage the program mailbox/ticketing system, and lead cross-functional projects and AI-enabled process automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in Insurance or Operations, or a High School Diploma/equivalent and 6+ years in Insurance or Operations, or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including Associate Degree and 4+ years experience.
  • •Project management experience.
  • •Experience managing Statements of Work and supporting third-party governance and contingent workforce processes.
  • •Experience using or working with vendor management systems (e.g., Beeline).
  • •Ability to communicate and collaborate across organizational levels, and identify process improvement/automation (including AI-enabled solutions).
