Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare molds and bottom blocks, positioning based on ingot size, and ensure proper alignment for casting.
  • •Inspect molds/tooling for defects (e.g., cracks in graphite liners or incorrect water patterns) using precision instruments.
  • •Diagnose and help resolve mold/tooling issues that affect the production process and overall casting outcomes.

  • •Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • •Proficiency with hand, power, and diagnostic tools; strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • •Willingness to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
