Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve employment-related legal matters, advising HR on hiring, performance management, internal investigations, and employment law compliance.
  • •Oversee litigation and dispute resolution, including managing outside counsel, developing litigation strategy, and resolving pre-litigation disputes.
  • •Coordinate commercial procurement by reviewing and advising on service provider engagements, agreements, and compliance requirements.
  • •Advise stakeholders on deal structures and help negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS, partnerships, licensing, and services agreements.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, mitigate, resolve, and escalate risks and disputes; drive improvements to legal processes and templates as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree and bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
  • •3+ years of experience in an in-house legal role supporting employment, litigation, and disputes and commercial contracting.
  • •Experience supporting SaaS technology, IP, partner ecosystems, and privacy matters (plus).
  • •Proactive, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong communication, attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
