Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute Seller Live strategies to drive sustained GMV growth aligned with platform commerce objectives.
•Analyze live-streaming performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and conversion efficiency.
•Serve as primary point of contact for assigned sellers, managing end-to-end live planning, day-to-day communication, execution, and performance coaching.
•Identify and unlock growth opportunities by expanding live commerce adoption, increasing participation in priority live initiatives, and driving incremental GMV through upsell and optimization.
•Stay current on live trends and algorithm updates, and collaborate with cluster operations, campaign, product, and other XFN teams to align promotions with broader initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and 5+ years in eCommerce, social media platforms, digital content, or e-commerce.
•Proven track record in business development and sales within live-streaming, e-commerce, media, or digital marketing.
•Strong understanding of 1:1 and 1:few relationship building between tech platforms and sellers.
•Ability to work independently, time manage multiple initiatives, and demonstrate curiosity and a bias-for-action.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
