Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic HR business partner to align HR priorities with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of HR experience, including a senior HR leadership role.
  • •Strong experience in a production site environment, ideally within an international company.
  • •3+ years managing and developing a team, creating alignment, empowering people, and driving results.
  • •Proven experience in change management, organizational transformation, and stakeholder influence.
  • •Fluency in Czech (C1/C2) and Professional English (B2+), with strong communication skills.
