Key Responsibilities

•Act as a strategic HR business partner to align HR priorities with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
•Lead transformation and change management initiatives to improve ways of working through communication and employee engagement.
•Own workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development to ensure the plant has the right skills for future needs.
•Lead and develop the HR team and drive organization design, leadership development, and front-line manager effectiveness.
•Operate at plant level while contributing to the broader HR community with both local and strategic perspective.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of HR experience, including a senior HR leadership role.
•Strong experience in a production site environment, ideally within an international company.
•3+ years managing and developing a team, creating alignment, empowering people, and driving results.
•Proven experience in change management, organizational transformation, and stakeholder influence.
•Fluency in Czech (C1/C2) and Professional English (B2+), with strong communication skills.
