  • •Partner on roadmaps for the security control plane, foundational security services, and the path toward autonomous security operations.
  • •Deliver outcomes by running a lightweight planning rhythm and measuring success by risks eliminated, not tickets closed.
  • •Set a high bar for engineering quality including tested code, observability, operational readiness, and maintainable documentation.
  • •Communicate complex risk to executives and collaborate cross-functionally across DGX Cloud platform, SRE, networking, and NVIDIA security partners.

Salary: CAD 245,000 - 295,000

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years experience managing engineers and growing people across software engineering, SRE, infrastructure, or security (typically 14+ years broader career).
  • •Hands-on depth in infrastructure, distributed systems, or security engineering to earn the trust of senior engineers.
  • •Proven history of attracting, hiring, and developing excellent engineers, with repeatable and fair interview practices.
  • •Ability to take a loosely defined mandate and turn it into sequenced, measurable delivery under ambiguity.
  • •Working understanding of cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes, identity and access, policy enforcement, and vulnerability management.
