Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical relationship with DigitalOcean’s highest-value enterprise customers and serve as the executive-facing point of contact.
  • •Drive regular technical and strategic alignment (QBRs/EBRs) to shape customer roadmaps and maximize infrastructure value.
  • •Advise customers on modernizing, optimizing, and scaling AI/ML and GPU workloads using cloud architecture patterns.
  • •Support workload migration, performance tuning, and incident response; provide architectural guidance on planning and delivery.
  • •Partner with engineering and product teams to address customer roadblocks, influence the roadmap, and drive account retention and expansion.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years supporting enterprise or strategic accounts in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Architect, or equivalent).
  • •Experience working with large-scale organizations and managing executive-level relationships across matrixed stakeholders.
  • •Deep understanding of cloud architecture for AI/ML, including GPU orchestration, inference/training pipelines, and model deployment.
  • •Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) plus familiarity with DigitalOcean or developer-focused platforms.
  • •Hands-on skills with Linux, networking, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), automation (Terraform, Ansible), and programming/scripting in Python, Go, or similar.
