Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor performance indicators, analyze causes of unexpected variance, and provide insight for management decision-making.
  • •Analyze complex financial information and reports and translate findings into clear recommendations to stakeholders.
  • •Produce regular ARR, cost, and metric reports, highlighting variances and trends with a focus on GTM performance.
  • •Own discrete areas of planning and analysis, including stakeholder relationships and supporting the annual budget process.
  • •Maintain workforce costs, rolling forecasts, and document/improve FP&A processes; support data modeling and automation using SQL and AI/LLM use cases.

Key Requirements

  • •CIMA fully qualified accountant, or ACA/ACCA with post-qualification FP&A and commercial finance experience.
  • •Strong financial modeling and budgeting/forecasting skills with variance analysis.
  • •Excellent communication skills to explain variances and insights clearly to stakeholders and build relationships outside finance.
  • •Proven hands-on, self-starter approach with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
