Independent Certifier Representative

Serve as the Independent Certifier’s authorised representative on major civil infrastructure projects. Own and lead design and construction certification processes, ensuring works comply with contractual, statutory, and technical requirements. Implement and enforce the Verification & Monitoring Plan, direct and be accountable for the Independent Certifier team, and oversee audits, surveillance, and inspections across all project phases while maintaining independence, probity, and professional judgment.
