Job Summary

Lead technical development and execution of ready-to-wear product from concept through final fit approval, ensuring fit, construction, quality, and brand standards across categories. Manage and develop the Technical Design team, oversee tech packs through fit approval, and collaborate with Design, Product Development, Raw Materials, and regional teams. Own fit approval for assigned categories, troubleshoot construction issues, and drive process improvements including Clo Set implementation and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee the Technical Design team across RTW categories, ensuring execution and alignment with business priorities.
•Directly manage and develop Technical Designs, including performance management, coaching, and goal setting.
•Oversee tech packs from proto development through fit approval, partnering for PPS approval and production readiness.
•Own and maintain brand fit, sizing, grading, and construction standards; ensure consistency across categories and seasons.
•Act as a technical liaison with internal teams and overseas factories, troubleshooting issues and driving process improvements (including Clo Set implementation and/or AI tools).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 120,000

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in Technical Design, including people management (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

•3D design experience preferred (e.g., Clo3D).
