Job Summary

Provide high-visibility on-site support for PDC(VeritySEM) systems, including installations, system diagnoses, service, and repair. Partner with customers and R&D teams to develop leading-edge semiconductor manufacturing processes, create hypothesis experiments and DOE, and analyze results with statistics. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, resolve difficult process and product problems, and communicate with internal stakeholders to build trust and deliver goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex systems and equipment.
•Work with the customer to develop leading-edge processes used to manufacture advanced semiconductor chips.
•Create hypothesis experiments and perform design of experiments (DOE), analyzing data with statistics and compiling reports with conclusions.
•Troubleshoot complex problems, perform multiple root cause analyses, and resolve difficult process engineering and customer product issues.
•Communicate with internal stakeholders and the customer to achieve goals; serve as a resource for junior colleagues and a liaison between the customer and business unit.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
•4–7 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain sensitive information and build consensus among stakeholders.
•Proficiency in English for communication.
•Ability to support complex process engineering and customer product issues.
