Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, verify, and control documentation for heavy/base maintenance checks and work packages to ensure timely and adequate execution against maintenance plans, procedures, and CAMO requirements.
  • •Perform document control and verification by preparing, distributing, and displaying heavy maintenance documentation from Maintenance Planning on the action board.
  • •Distribute and manage planned maintenance cards in the control docks; process additional maintenance cards from inspections and support smooth workflow tracking.
  • •Handle non-routine maintenance cards and deferred defects entries in the AMOS system, including compiling and submitting debrief reports on aircraft departure.
  • •Review completed task documents versus approved pre-documentation, coordinate material/tool shortage actions with Technical Procurement (including AOG needs), and forward completed work packages and records to the relevant teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in Aircraft Engineering/Aeronautical/Electro-Mechanical or equivalent, or a related higher diploma/certificate plus needed experience and exposure.
  • •3+ years’ aviation experience in maintenance planning and records, preferably with low-cost airlines/Airbus A320 aircraft.
  • •Strong knowledge of planning documents (MPD, MRB, AMP) and procedures, including aircraft airworthiness/CAMO requirements.
  • •Exposure to EASA Part 145, Part 21, and Subpart M requirements and working knowledge of relevant Civil Aviation Authorities rules and regulations (preferably GCAA).
  • •Ability to use technology systems and tools, including proficiency in Microsoft suite, and strong written/verbal communication skills in English.
