Key Responsibilities

  • •Work independently and with stakeholders to deliver high performance standards and develop best-practice models for QA quality.
  • •Facilitate regular calibration meetings to maintain knowledge and quality standards, and provide feedback on implementation.
  • •Perform daily audits, analyze errors, and provide feedback to relevant teams; compile and deliver regular performance reports to SMEs and management.
  • •Conduct RCA escalations and identify performance improvement opportunities across relevant markets with proactive, solution-driven delivery.
  • •Work with policy stakeholders to disseminate policy updates, support efficient policy Q&A communication, and design or implement training plans and materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1-year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
  • •High proficiency in Spanish with written and spoken communication for Spanish markets, and fluent English.
  • •Familiarity with the business logic of labeling and working modes of upstream and downstream teams.
  • •Comfortable reporting to or collaborating with a broad range of XFN partners.
  • •Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and set clear SMART goals, including identifying and suggesting process improvements.
