Job Summary

Own QA quality success across Trust & Safety projects, identifying blockers and supporting internal and external stakeholders to maintain high performance. Facilitate calibration sessions, perform daily audits with error analysis, and deliver regular performance reporting. Partner with policy stakeholders for timely updates, run RCA escalations, and help drive continuous process improvements, training, and queue moderation to improve content safety outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Work independently and with stakeholders to deliver high performance standards and develop best-practice models for QA quality.
•Facilitate regular calibration meetings to maintain knowledge and quality standards, and provide feedback on implementation.
•Perform daily audits, analyze errors, and provide feedback to relevant teams; compile and deliver regular performance reports to SMEs and management.
•Conduct RCA escalations and identify performance improvement opportunities across relevant markets with proactive, solution-driven delivery.
•Work with policy stakeholders to disseminate policy updates, support efficient policy Q&A communication, and design or implement training plans and materials.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1-year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
•High proficiency in Spanish with written and spoken communication for Spanish markets, and fluent English.
•Familiarity with the business logic of labeling and working modes of upstream and downstream teams.
•Comfortable reporting to or collaborating with a broad range of XFN partners.
•Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and set clear SMART goals, including identifying and suggesting process improvements.
