Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the project plan and recurring cadence for the Marketing budget cycle, including planning, tracking, and reporting milestones.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, and Procurement; drive deadlines, dependencies, and mitigate risks, changes, and blockers.
  • •Manage Marketing budget operations end to end across planning, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • •Partner with Finance/FP&A on quarter close activities including accruals, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • •Maintain and steward the activity-level budget tracking application and support budget holdback, investment triage, and transfer workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of professional experience in business operations, marketing operations, finance operations, program management, or a similar operational role.
  • •Experience supporting budget management, financial planning, or finance partnership in a corporate setting.
  • •Comfort applying structure and systems in an ambiguous environment with independent execution.
  • •Demonstrated ability producing professional updates, reports, and readouts for senior stakeholders.
  • •Demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) as a regular part of work.
