Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve the data and workflow systems powering Lapel, including how we sync, parse, store, transform, and retrieve information from external systems
  • •Build and refine permissioning infrastructure to isolate and secure customer data across integrations, APIs, agents, and product surfaces
  • •Design event and subscription mechanisms for internal services, external integrations, and workflows
  • •Develop workflow infrastructure for long-running jobs, retries, orchestration, backfills, and customer-specific automations
  • •Create platform APIs and services to help product engineers move faster without re-solving data, permissions, or workflow problems

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of backend or software engineering experience with a track record of building and scaling platform systems
