  • •Provide day-to-day guidance/coaching to Research Assistants and Rating Analysts and build capability in credit, data discipline, and tooling.
  • •Lead end-to-end execution for assigned credits, ensuring high-quality analysis and timely delivery across priorities.
  • •Own surveillance/updates for the assigned portfolio by synthesizing performance, market signals, and peer context into decision-useful insights for risk.
  • •Support AI-enabled productivity by creating reusable assets, proposing lightweight automations, and working with LLM tools/automation embedded in workflows.
