Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the logistics systems landscape, including ERP/TMS configuration, integration design, and ongoing optimisation.
  • •Build Python-based automation for reporting, data pipelines, and repetitive operational workflows to reduce manual effort.
  • •Design and maintain logistics dashboards and KPI frameworks, tracking shipment costs, delivery performance, carrier reliability, and claims rates.
  • •Develop and maintain logistics playbooks, standard operating procedures, and documentation; run root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Provide operational coverage for the Senior Logistics Coordinator, stepping into day-to-day freight coordination and handling real-time requests during leave/travel/surge periods.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations with demonstrated systems and analytics capability.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python for automation, data analysis, and operational tooling.
  • •Experience with data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • •Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and the ability to design processes and standard operating procedures.
