Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Engineering leads and Product Managers on strategic planning and delivery planning, including scoping, prioritising, estimating, and capacity management.
  • •Facilitate technical discussions with Engineering teams and identify/close gaps in the technical solution.
  • •Lead delivery of large, high-complexity cross-functional programs and manage technical dependencies across groups and supergroups.
  • •Drive delivery by managing risks/issues, escalating as needed, and ensuring timely decision-making and unblock support.
  • •Define tracking processes and run regular cadences for program/project status, while improving delivery velocity through delivery tools, methodologies, dashboards, and roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of delivery experience in a SaaS environment.
  • •Experience shipping complex, multi-stakeholder programs that scale for daily use by hundreds or thousands of engineers.
  • •Ability to lead programs with rapidly evolving scope (e.g., AI technology shifts) and continuously re-evaluate approach and vendor strategy.
  • •Strong technical dependency management, unblocking teams, and proactively resolving risks, issues, and cross-team challenges.
  • •Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle at scale, including CI/CD pipelines, developer workflows, and developer productivity tooling (e.g., code review automation, IDE integrations, CLI tools, dev environments).
