Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and execute ECIS strategy and deploy the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF), including visual controls, process standardization, leader standard work, gemba walks, daily accountability, process checks, and 5S+.
  • •Build organizational ECIS capability by developing local CI Tool Champions and providing training, coaching, and consulting across site leaders, engineers, and technicians in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
  • •Plan, facilitate, and support improvement activities such as Rapid Improvement Events, Kaizen events, Business Process Improvement (BPI), IDB, 3P, VSM, EBS Pull, 4DX, and 5S+.
  • •Lead A3 and Six Sigma projects, direct problem-solving efforts, and coordinate corrective action plans to achieve targeted results.
  • •Sustain improvements through governance, communication, deployment metrics, OpA self-assessments and annual assessments, and support cost-out initiatives and employee engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
  • •3+ years of experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
  • •Preferred Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification, with capability to coach and mentor using Six Sigma concepts and tools.
  • •Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques (e.g., value stream mapping, one-piece flow, visual controls, process standardization, gemba walks, daily accountability).
  • •Proficiency in Office 365 and MiniTab; knowledge of problem-solving and root-cause methodologies (e.g., 8D, A3, thought maps) and corrective action tools.
