Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement advocacy strategies for legislative, regulatory, and policy priorities to ensure Intel awareness of applicable legislation and proposed regulations.
  • •Manage and coordinate external government advocacy efforts (including consultants) and outreach programs aligned with business and thought leadership objectives.
  • •Represent Intel’s interests before governmental bodies and intergovernmental institutions and coordinate across Intel to implement regulatory strategy phases.
  • •Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key government and regulatory officials critical to business growth.
  • •Lead teams and drive complex cross-executive alignment on key policy issues, enabling execution through clear goals, accountability, and performance management.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree required (including MBA/MPA); advanced degree in Law, Public Policy, Political Science, Public Administration, International Relations, or related field.
  • •15+ years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or similar roles, preferably leading multinational corporations or relevant government agencies.
  • •Deep understanding of Chinese government institutions, policy-making procedures, broader geopolitical landscape, and network.
  • •Strong stakeholder management with proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder networks at central and local levels.
  • •Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, with strong analytical/problem-solving and crisis/project management capabilities.
