Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the TA team in identifying required long-lead materials by commodity type for scheduled turnarounds to meet T-3 requirements.
  • •Support Procurement Buyers with material procurement and coordinate with TACT internal clients and material suppliers.
  • •Report turnaround material requirements regularly to procurement leaders and focus on long-lead turnaround planning, contract reviews, compliance, and problem solving.
  • •Track TA Lessons Learned for long lead materials via digital tools and analyze continuous improvement opportunities to create efficiencies.
  • •Oversee TA procurement material expediting, coach the team, and support TA buyers during execution for TM-related issues.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • •3 years of Turnaround Procurement experience.
  • •Strong turnaround procurement knowledge, including long-lead materials planning and compliance to turnaround strategies.
  • •Demonstrated experience using SAP for supply chain or procurement functionality.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
