Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide rapid-response, high-touch IT support to the Admiral and executive staff to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and remediate problems on unclassified workstations, laptops, and peripheral hardware.
  • •Manage, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise mobility devices (iPhones and iPads) to ensure secure communications.
  • •Install, maintain, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications and core web mail environments; administer user accounts, permissions, and group memberships via ADUC.
  • •Image, configure, test, and deploy end-user workstations and printers; create and track IT service requests through enterprise ticketing platforms and escalate classified disruptions to the SIPR Helpdesk Lead.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 61,850 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School with 6–9 years (or commensurate) experience supporting end-user IT environments.
  • •Current DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (e.g., A+ CE, Network+ CE, CCNA-Security, SSCP).
  • •Proficiency in Windows and experience configuring, deploying, and managing enterprise iPhones/iPads.
  • •Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users, while meeting strict SLA targets.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of IT foundations including Active Directory Users and Computers, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, Teams), Adobe Acrobat, and remote support tools (VPN, MANTA) with ServiceNow familiarity.
