  • •Make safety-led repair-vs-recovery decisions and arrange professional recovery and dealer workshop attention when needed.
  • •Own each job end-to-end by communicating clearly with customers, setting expectations, and providing reassurance.
  • •Operate and maintain a fully equipped van, manage tools and parts, follow safety procedures, and keep accurate system notes.

  • •Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills using modern equipment to quickly choose the safest, fastest route to get customers moving.
  • •Confident, calm customer communication to manage expectations and safety as the face of Allianz Partners at the roadside.
  • •Comfort using IT, mobile apps, and diagnostic software, including accurate data capture.
  • •Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., manufacturer apprenticeship/City & Guilds Parts I & II, NVQ/B-Tech) with EV credentials welcome (training available).
