Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet patients and provide first-level support, including answering questions, checking patients in/out, and collecting/process payments.
  • •Schedule and confirm appointments; place outbound calls for follow-up hearing tests and consultations and weekly evaluations.
  • •Verify insurance benefits and authorization details and collect/manage patient intake forms and files/notes.
  • •Process patient orders, receive/verify pickups, and prepare bank deposits with daily reports to finance.
  • •Support clinic operations by managing inventory, ordering supplies, cleaning equipment, and submitting equipment/facility requests; process repairs under supervision and assist with community outreach events.
