Lead Field Service Technician

Lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery to customers. Install and configure automation equipment, sensors, PLCs, and control systems; troubleshoot complex electrical/electronic and control issues; and support urgent service calls. Perform inspections and functional testing of fire alarm and life safety systems while ensuring compliance with HSE, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
