  • •Experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, consulting, or a similarly analytical, execution-focused role with strong commercial judgement and growth drivers/unit economics understanding.
  • •Ability to translate complex data into clear dashboards, actionable insights, and compelling presentations for operational teams and senior stakeholders.
  • •Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with autonomy in a fast-moving environment, including the ability to understand the broader business question and prioritize high-impact work.
  • •Fluency in Italian and English.
