Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the focal point for operational and security matters in the station, ensuring timely facilitation and smooth daily activities per manuals and procedures.
  • •Coordinate daily with Flight Operations and stakeholders on briefings/debriefings, ramp and check-in activities; identify delay reasons and work with management to resolve them.
  • •Liaise with civil aviation and governmental authorities, GHAs/GSAs, suppliers, and vendors; monitor performance and payments under SLA agreements and recommend improvements.
  • •Oversee passenger service and airport revenue reporting/monitoring (including baggage handling, excess baggage, and other revenue services), resolving customer complaints and gaps using data analysis.
  • •Support audits and safety/security/DG incident reporting; coordinate with Head Office for staff operations (recruitment, interviews, rosters, attendance, training, IDs, uniforms, and system access) and provide station performance reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Management, Statistics, Finance, IT or equivalent.
  • •Basic airport safety and security procedures/regulations training.
  • •IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, Passenger Handling, and Ground Operations Procedures trainings/certificates.
  • •3+ years as an Airport/Station Manager leading a station team with departure/arrival flights (multi-national company), with 6+ years total relevant aviation/GHA experience.
  • •Proficiency with Passenger Handling System and Departure Control System (DCS), plus strong knowledge of IATA/civil aviation regulations and ground handling operating standards.
