Job Summary

Lead and optimize cloud-based HR platforms (notably Workday) within a global HR tech strategy. Manage and deploy SaaS-based Total Rewards systems, collaborate across HR, IT, payroll, and external vendors, and drive HR digital transformation with automation and AI-enabled tools while communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure, integrate, and optimize SaaS-based Total Reward HR systems such as Workday in collaboration with IT, Payroll and external vendors.
•Solicits, develops, documents and manages business, functional and technical requirements and provides detailed design and business rules to support the requirements.
•Conduct system testing, including regression and user acceptance testing; manage release notes and validate post-deployment changes.
•Apply foundational knowledge of system architecture and software development methodologies to support system enhancements.
•Develop and maintain documentation such as user guides, training materials, and release notes to support system users.

Key Requirements

•3–6 years of progressive experience in HRIS or HR technology roles
•Direct experience deploying and maintaining SaaS-based HR systems
•Familiarity with AI-based HR tools and enterprise ticketing/change management systems; experience with workflow automation platforms is a plus
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field
