Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to the existing customer base and conduct outside sales activities and community financial literacy events as directed.
  • •Ensure ethical behavior and follow policies and procedures while opening/servicing retail products, including owning sourced loans from application through closing.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Preferred: experience in the financial industry.
  • •Demonstrated ability to perform sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Ability to understand advanced math functions for analyzing credit and financial information.
  • •S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS required at the time of employment.
