Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a pre-planned route as the driver, collecting waste and recycling from residential and commercial properties with a team of loaders.
  • •Be the public face of Serco in the community.
  • •Ensure vehicle safety checks are completed and the truck is clean and work ready before starting each round.
  • •Work alongside loaders while staying active to get things done quickly and efficiently.
  • •Help maintain high standards across the community and provide excellent customer service throughout the day.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a valid Class 1 or 2 driving licence and a Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
