Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide HR support to managers and employees across compensation, HR process compliance, talent development, and employee experience.
  • •Align HR support with the team/site strategy and partner with managers to find people-related solutions.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees.
  • •Implement key programs for compensation management, performance, and attendance.
  • •Use data proactively to generate reports and identify opportunities to improve HR policies and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Human Resources with 3 years of HRBP experience, preferably in an expanding company and ideally in industrial or logistics environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of French labor law.
  • •Experience planning and managing HR projects (performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning).
  • •Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to use data to identify and solve problems.
  • •Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday, Horoquartz, Microsoft Office, and Google.
  • •English proficiency is a plus.
