Key Responsibilities

  • •Train and manage the kitchen team in prepping, cooking and serving of food
  • •Create varied and nutritional menus in line with dietary needs and preferences of residents
  • •Adhere to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies and procedures, budgets, managing orders and deliveries
  • •Deliver an excellent dining experience to residents and support special events or seasonal activities
  • •Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues to ensure a high quality meal service
