Job Summary

Join the APAC Project & Product Development team to validate market- and client-facing software releases for Hong Kong clients. You’ll review documentation and testing coverage, perform and document first-hand acceptance testing, and raise bugs or enhancements to ensure a smooth client experience. You’ll also draft test plans, configure test accounts and environments, support QA/PROD test cycles, manage testing queues, and help improve testing processes through knowledge sharing and templates.

Key Responsibilities

•Review software releases impacting Hong Kong clients to ensure requirements are documented and sufficient testing is performed and recorded.
•Perform and document first-hand testing where needed, creating bugs or enhancement recommendations to improve client experience.
•Participate in solution design/validation discussions, capture workflows for requirement gathering and wireframing, and draft test plans for deliveries.
•Configure test accounts, systems, and scenarios; support QA/alpha PROD/PROD test cycles and document results for each test cycle.
•Manage the testing queue and environments (access, issues, follow-up), maintain test account libraries, and help improve testing procedures via templates and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

•Preferably a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
•Proven experience in software QA and user acceptance testing.
•Ideally 2+ years of experience in Brokerage and/or Financial Services.
•Programming skills and experience with databases would be advantageous.
•Strong English communication and analytical problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
