Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of multi-skilled artisans and supervise maintenance work execution, inspections, and observations in a safe and sustainable manner.
  • •Ensure effective execution of planned and unplanned maintenance to defined quality standards.
  • •Manage work execution to deliver adherence to the day’s maintenance schedule.
  • •Coordinate effective prioritization and execution of plant shutdowns within planned durations.
  • •Deliver maintenance KPIs for your section, manage spares and repairables, and manage staffing and development of personnel and contractors.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years hands-on maintenance experience with 1 year in a supervisory capacity in a technical field.
  • •Ability to work shifts and perform standby duties as required.
  • •Valid Trade Test.
  • •National Diploma in a technical field OR T3/S4 in an engineering field.
  • •Deep knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems; bulk solid material handling experience is essential.
