Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end program execution, annual strategy, and iteration for the first-90-days Product Onboarding experience.
  • •Manage stakeholder and speaker/SME onboarding, briefing, and integration into the onboarding curriculum to support high-impact delivery.
  • •Drive data-driven continuous improvement by analyzing pre/post surveys and running cohort retrospectives to enhance the program.
  • •Maintain operations and budget integrity, including learner data tracking and virtual/in-person logistics across multiple locations.
  • •Produce and host live learning sessions, handling logistics (facilitator readiness, Zoom recordings, attendance tracking, and materials archiving) and run program communications via Slack and email.

Salary: USD 108,900 - 124,300 annually

  • •At least 2 years of experience in learning and development.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in program or project management (or a combination).
