Applied Scientist

Develop state-of-the-art AI models across text, image, and speech, from pre-training through post-training and deployment on large GPU clusters. Create and curate training data, run evaluations, and improve model performance. Build tools and frameworks for data generation, training, evaluation, and deployment. Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver high-impact solutions using agents and RAG pipelines, while managing research projects and communications.
