Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end Data AMS operations across application support, enhancements, and minor projects.
  • •Ensure SLA/KPI achievement for incidents, service requests, changes, and problem management, and lead service review meetings and governance forums.
  • •Monitor ticket trends and drive service improvements through continuous improvement and preventive support.
  • •Manage AMS team capacity, utilization, and resource planning, coordinating offshore/onshore delivery teams and ensuring effective staffing.
  • •Oversee application changes and deployment activities using ITIL-based change management, coordinate testing and business sign-offs, and maintain risk/issue/dependency registers with management reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •12–15 years of experience, including 10+ years in IT and 5+ years in Data AMS, with experience leading global delivery teams.
  • •Manage multi-location support teams and client stakeholders while driving high service delivery performance.
  • •Strong understanding of JD Edwards/EnterpriseOne Data AMS modules, including Financial Management (GL, AP, AR, FA), Procurement, Inventory, Sales Order Management, Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics, Advanced Pricing, and EDI/Integration processes.
  • •Experience with AMS delivery models and ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and release management.
  • •Knowledge of AMS delivery management tooling and governance, including ServiceNow (or equivalent) and reporting/governance dashboards.
