Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate service resources and dispatch/assign team members to projects.
  • •Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on project needs, skills, and availability.
  • •Communicate with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians.
  • •Coordinate operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
  • •Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to assigned staff, responding to special requests, and generating work orders/reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Certificate/degree from college or technical school plus 1 year of related experience/training, or 3 years of related experience/training with a HS Diploma/GED.
  • •Excellent customer service skills and comfort working effectively on the phone.
  • •Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
  • •Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows; familiarity with Energy Management Systems and HVAC systems/temperature controls is preferred.
