Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop new highly automated manufacturing and pilot lines from concept to production for new and existing products.
  • •Drive development of new/innovative manufacturing processes from proof of concept through to full scale production that enable improved battery performance and/or cost
  • •Plan and Execute DoEs to characterize boundary conditions and optimize process for manufacturability and quality
  • •Own design/manufacturing liaison relationship to optimize product from an automation standpoint prior to release.
  • •Drive equipment and process optimization to increase yield, throughput, and availability while reducing cost and lead-time
