Key Responsibilities

  • •Enable rollout of new products/activities within Trades and assist in deploying business solutions that remove manual processes.
  • •Support migration and re-migration of funds and actively participate in initiatives that reduce risk and support compliance.
  • •Formulate and implement control mechanisms and ensure successful implementation of process and department-level initiatives.
  • •Review postings/uploads and ensure downstream/business partner queries are answered in a timely manner; ensure handovers, file checks, and escalation matrix compliance.
  • •Serve as primary contact for business partners and downstream teams for reconciliation/posting queries; ensure timelines and trade processing signoffs within agreed parameters.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/master’s degree in commerce or finance.
  • •1-3 years of fund administration experience.
  • •Excellent knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, and accounting principles.
  • •Proficiency with A&V, reconciliation, and trade processing platforms, such as Simcorp Dimension.
  • •Basic knowledge of custody, brokerage, depository, investment accounting, mutual funds, and reconciliations.
