Key Responsibilities

  • •Hang and unhang parts and material from the paint line/load bar and perform carrying and lifting tasks.
  • •Record piece counts, hours, and load bar information on computer systems.
  • •Perform visual inspections of materials before and after painting.
  • •Complete finishing-related assignments such as masking, wrapping, and touch-up painting.
  • •Maintain components and supplies and perform 5S and continuous improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Experience with powder painting.
  • •Experience in a production environment.
  • •Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally to frequently (33-66%) and up to 75 lbs. occasionally while stooping, reaching, and bending.
  • •Ability to read blueprints and use simple measuring tools, follow directions, and work with close attention to detail.
