Key Responsibilities

•Develop scalable BytePlus ecosystem strategy across industry verticals and/or product specializations, aligned with the ByteDance ecosystem.
•Establish and maintain long-term, productive professional business relationships with global partners.
•Negotiate, build, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of partners with cross-functional teams.
•Design and deploy partner enablement programs and GTM motions to accelerate partner success with BytePlus.
•Own KPI targets for focus areas including revenue attainment, partner opportunities, and partner success metrics.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in enterprise sales and/or partnerships in the technology industry.
•Experience identifying suitable partnerships across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS and maintaining global partner relationships.
•Proven track record in strategic account management, leading and growing partnerships, including upselling.
•Ability to lead executive business plans and translate topline goals into impactful partnership business plans.
•Experience building product and business from 0-1 through 1-100 maturity.
