Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform periodic process reviews and risk assessments, and compile qualitative analyses and KPI reporting for senior management.
  • •Maintain reconciliation standards by reviewing reconciliation functions and nominals, following up open items, and investigating variances with corrective actions.
  • •Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to drive process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives, escalating anomalies as needed.
  • •Support and monitor Group e-Invoicing processes, including validation failures and exception reports, and coordinate resolution of issues.
  • •Perform UAT for finance systems and regulatory/process enhancements, manage and motivate the team, and support audits and internal reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • •Experience in Finance, Insurance, or Accounts.
  • •Experience in Finance and/or Accounting in a supervisory capacity.
  • •Graduates with a relevant degree and at least 2 years of experience will also be considered.
  • •High level of computer literacy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and strong analytical skills.
