•Serve as primary contact and trusted financial advisor for business banking clients with complex needs.
•Drive growth by analyzing client/prospect data and industry trends, prospecting, and developing a Center of Influence referral network.
•Educate clients on KeyBank capabilities and how products (cash management, payments, equipment finance) meet business needs.
•Assemble cross-functional teams and identify cross-sell opportunities when requests require additional expertise.
•Lead and participate in credit processes and portfolio accountability, including underwriting, structuring, portfolio management, and risk rating model direction.

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of related job experience (required).
•Minimum 5 years of small business or business banking direct lending experience focused on business development and relationship management (required).
•Business banking credit training and experience from a bank or financial institution (required).
•Ability to build trust with a client-centric approach and provide long-term, relationship-driven solutions.
•Strong risk management acumen, including evaluating and managing credit while adhering to regulatory standards and internal policies.
