Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform proprietary AI model development and frontier AI research.
  • •Develop research for LLMs focused on agentic tasks such as coding and tool-use.
  • •Conduct joint research with leading overseas research institutions.
  • •Develop asynchronous RL post-training pipelines leveraging FuriosaAI’s NPU, with rollout-heavy LLM RL training as a target.
  • •Drive research and implementation of LLM-related projects after joining, with openness to broader AI domains including computer vision.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in an AI-related field or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience developing AI technologies using major deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
  • •No disqualifying reasons for overseas travel.
  • •Experience leading top-tier conference papers in ML/CV/NLP.
  • •Experience in AI research and development such as PhD or 2+ years of industry experience, plus experience with agentic AI (e.g., coding/LLM tool-use agents) or LLM post-training (RL post-training).
